Account and access

Manage active sessions

Keep account access current across the browsers and devices you use.

What an active session means

An active session is a browser or device where your Dayric account remains signed in. Sessions make it easier to return to your work, but each one should belong to an environment you still control.

Review and end sessions

Review sessions after using a shared device, replacing hardware, changing roles, or noticing an unfamiliar account event. End access where the browser profile or device should no longer reach your work.

  1. Review the browser, device, and recent activity associated with each session.
  2. Keep sessions only in environments you recognize and control.
  3. Sign out the session you no longer need, then close Dayric on that device when possible.
  4. Review connected tools separately if the device also held access to external services.

Respond to unfamiliar access

If a session or account event is unfamiliar, secure the identity provider connected to Dayric first. Then end unfamiliar Dayric sessions and review any connected service that may have been used.

  • Change or strengthen access at the identity provider
  • End sessions you do not recognize
  • Review recent connected-tool activity and consequential actions
  • Contact support with the approximate time and device information

Keep account recovery safe

Support can investigate account access without your password, authentication code, or secret key. Send only the information needed to identify the account and event.
