Troubleshooting

When work stops

Find the blocked step, restore the missing condition, and resume safely.

Find where progress stopped

Begin with the current objective, the last completed step, and the first condition that prevented progress. A stopped task is often waiting for access, context, an approval, or a response from a connected service.

  • A tool disconnected or its authorization expired
  • An approval is waiting for your decision
  • A required file, page, or source is no longer available
  • An external service returned an error or incomplete response

Ask Dayric for a clear status

Ask what completed, what remains, and exactly which condition is missing. A useful status separates confirmed external actions from planned actions that never began.

  1. Confirm the active objective and last completed result.
  2. Identify the first blocked action and the system it depends on.
  3. Check for an approval, missing source, unavailable account, or tool error.
  4. Restore only the missing condition before resuming.

Resume from a known state

Once the missing condition is restored, continue from the last confirmed step. Do not repeat external actions whose outcome is uncertain. Check the destination directly before asking Dayric to try again.

When to contact support

Stop and contact support when the same step fails again, a consequential action has an uncertain result, or the available status does not explain the blockage. Include the objective, first failed step, affected tool, approximate time, and what you expected.
